How are we different (for job seekers) ?

JobBank.me is designed to work differently – for employers as well as job seekers.

Firstly, in most job search sites, you are one of the thousands of profiles that have been submitted.  Almost all of these profiles have not been verified or validated by anyone.  This makes the pool one big mass of data that is not very reliable for the employer looking to recruit.   To be profiled on JobBank.me, your employment history has to be verified by one of our partner firms.  Only after this screening is completed, is your profile uploaded into our system.

Secondly, the fact that pictures can speak a thousand words, is also applicable to recruitment.   So our system is designed to present your professional photographs to employers.   Whether it is the wonderful building you designed as an architect or the super cool wedding cake you baked as a baker, we make sure that your prospective employer can see it.     We are pretty sure these are not just some images, but critical factors in taking your career to the next level.

Thirdly, we feel that videos can speak more than a thousand pictures,  and our system is designed from the ground up to present your video presentations as well.
